Report content or a user

The online library contains content published by teachers. If a library, card, image, audio file or profile violates our Community Guidelines, you can report it in the app:

Open the library.
Tap the overflow menu (⋮).
Tap Report and confirm.

To stop seeing a teacher's libraries, tap Block teacher in the same menu. You can manage blocked teachers from the student menu.

You can also email tteirtititmwe@gmail.com with:

the library name or link;
the teacher's or user's name, if known;
the reason for the report;
screenshots or other details, if available.

We will review the report and take appropriate action. Do not abuse the reporting system.

Delete your account

See Delete Account for the steps and what data is removed.

Report a bug

Email tteirtititmwe@gmail.com with:

your phone model and Android version;
the Sonje version (Settings → About);
what you were doing when the problem happened;
a screenshot or screen recording, if possible.

Do not send your Google password or other secrets.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, email tteirtititmwe@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Teacher and student issues

Access code does not work: check that you are signed in with the account that redeemed the code, and that the code has not expired or been used.
Library download failed: check your internet connection and free storage, then try again.
Teacher wants to remove a library: use the delete option in the app, or email us from the teacher account.
Student wants a refund: payments happen outside Sonje. Contact the teacher directly. Sonje does not process payments or issue refunds.

Security issues

If you believe you found a security problem, email tteirtititmwe@gmail.com with the subject Security report. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to investigate.
